The FunLab I Am… collection turns every step into a story. From roaring dinos to magical unicorns, monster trucks, and spotted pups, these designs invite kids to step straight into their wildest imaginations. With oversized 3D character details, playful textures, pretend hair, unique finishes, and even light-up technology, the collection redefined what it means to play in style.
I designed the FunLab I Am… series to push kids’ footwear beyond function and into full-on imagination play. Each silhouette was engineered with unexpected storytelling details—from tactile hair kids could touch, to vehicle-inspired clogs that felt like toys, to one-of-a-kind finishes and bold lighting effects that made every step exciting. These weren’t just shoes, they were wearable characters and adventures.
And the impact was undeniable: the FunLab I Am… collection fueled a $38M sales increase for the FunLab category, proving that fearless, kid-obsessed innovation can inspire creativity, confidence, and fun—while transforming the bottom line.
